After going to the physician and finding out I had high cholesterol and need to take medication, I fortunately met Brandie my nutritionist who put me on a low cholesterol diet. I received a weekly menu from her detailing what I needed to eat and how much. I’ve been on the diet now for 13 weeks and I have lost 33 lbs. I have not had to take any medications. Brandie is exceptional, friendly and very professional. I would recommend her services for anyone who desires weight loss or healthier eating habits.

Can’t thank you enough for this journey you have taken with me! It hasn’t only helped me to loose weight, but opened my eyes to be MORE aware of what foods I buy and how much influence, not only the media, but also the preservatives in our food we buy, are really only setting up cravings to buy more of the WRONG kinds of foods. Brandie, just wanted to drop you a quick thank you! I had my 6 month Dr’s check-up today. and thanks to the workout and meal plan you put me on, not only had my weight dropped considerably but my cholesterol and blood pressure are now within my normal healthy range. For the first time in 4 years my doctor has changed my regular appointments to every 12 months instead of every 6 months! Thanks for all you have done to get me Healthy again!!!

What My Clients Say?

What a great program and great teacher.  I started out thinking that I didn’t weigh that much and that I looked okay.  Then I took a picture and noticed wow, I really do need to lose some weight.  Brandie made things easy and was there every step of the way helping, encouraging, supporting, and training me in every phase.  It was hard at first trying to go from eating 3 big meals a day to eating 6 small meals.  You think you are eating decent meals until you try a week on brandie's plan and realize that you really aren’t eating that healthy.  The weight was definitely coming off every week, I lost weight and started to feel healthy.  I had more energy throughout the day because of the food and the exercise.  I could walk up a flight of stairs and not feel out of breath and tired.  The food is good and the meals are easy to prepare.   I had my husband and we both did the program and feel great.  I have lost 43 pounds on the program and gone from a size 14 to a size 8.  I will continue to stay on the same path throughout the rest of my life! When I first started with brandie my weight was 260lbs now I am lean and weigh 170lbs, my body transformation is great!  This is the best i have ever felt, well worth the discipline that it took to get there!!! The meals that I ate at first were a big shock because I have never eaten that heathy before and when I was bigger I always felt tired, now i have more energy than I know what to do with.  I worked out everyday when i was bigger, now I am leaner and more defined with my weightloss that I have accomplished.  Working with Brandie I can say was a privilege, not only did I have a great trainer, I now have a new friend!!!!  Through out the process with the diet and the workouts if i had any questions all i had to do was ask and she was right there to help me. If it was on the phone or in the gym she always came through!  So if you want a dedicated personal trainer, Brandie is the Best and she will help you be the Best that you want to become.

June 2011 a friend of mine recommended Brandie and her Great to Be Fit Program. November 2011 I had lost 25 lbs and gone from a size 14 to a size 4-6. The program was a challenge for me the first few weeks, I had to set an alarm to remind me when to eat. I loved being able to make my meals up for the entire week. One of the things that always made dieting a challenge for me was deciding what foods/meals to eat every day that were portable and simple enough to bring to work.  Being able to make and portion my meals out for the entire week ahead of time was fantastic. Once I had this routine established it was easy for me to stick to. Weighing in each week and seeing the number on the scale keep going down  was exciting for me.  If my weight went down even a pound, I was excited to check in with Brandie because she would always be encouraging and supportive. I would also look forward to getting my menu for the next week and seeing what new recipes I would get to try 🙂 The program has helped me develop stronger will power to resist food temptations. It has also helped me learn portion control.  I have learned behaviors that will keep my family and me healthy for years to come. I am grateful to Brandie for getting me 'over the hump' and helping me to become a healthier person.

I re-joined the YMCA about a year ago and immediately started taking Brandie's cardio sculpt class and instantly fell in love with it and the energy she brought to it.  When I started the class I was about 25 lbs. over weight, after 4 months of taking it, I still hadn't lost any weight.  Then I took the summer off, by the time I started back up again in Sept. I had gained another 10 lbs.!!  Ugh!!!  So I buckled down and thought for sure the weight would start coming off, nope.  I began talking with Brandie after class, voicing my frustration over not being able to lose the weight.  She was more than willing to help and give some ideas of what I could change.  I took her advice and still nothing 🙁 A few months ago she invited me to join her in her workouts, my immediate thought was "this is going to hurt"  and it did, LOL!!!  But it has been so worth the pain!!  I still wasn't losing any weight but my body was finally changing.  I debated for weeks about trying the meal plans to see if that would help get the weight off and help me make the right food choices.  Finally I talked with Brandie and told her I was ready to give it a try....that was 8 weeks ago!!!  The first week I lost an amazing 13 lbs.!!!  Since then I've been averaging anywhere from 1-4 lbs. a week and the changes in my body have been unbelievable.  I still have about 7 lbs. to go to reach my goal weight but you never know, I may just keep going!!! I have watched Brandie set her own goals, reach them and go for more.  Her own transformation has been such an inspiration to me.  Her dedication to helping others live a healthy lifestyle is remarkable.  I couldn't ask for a better friend, mentor and trainer.  Such a beautiful woman, inside and out...I can't thank you enough for pushing me through the pain and sweat to make my body as healthy as possible.  You are truly a blessing!!
