Circuit Training

4:30 pm — 5:30 pm

Body conditioning utilizing high intensity aerobics and body weight exercises. You move from circuit to circuit throughout the class. Expect a high intensity workout and a great sweat!

Insanity

10:00 am — 11:00 am

INSANITY uses MAX Interval Training, which replaces traditional moderate-intensity exercise with maximum-intensity exercise, and trades short intervals of intensity for short periods of rest.

8:30 am — 9:30 am
