HEALTHY EATING MEAL PACKAGE:
Learn to eat right and loose weight by eating the right combinations.
Your meals change weekly, I will coordinate healthy choices into the correct combinations.
You will eat 5-6 times per day and I will guarantee weight loss with no exercise needed but exercise will help.
I will design an individual meal plan for you too follow, which will help you reach your goals, whether loosing weight/and or building muscle. I will create nutritional plans by incorporating the right combinations of carbohydrates and proteins per meal. Typically I will set you up to eat 5-6 meals a day that will work for each individual, taking into account certain foods that you really enjoy!
Your meal plan will change every week, I will email you a new plan every Friday! I will be your support through the weeks, when you have questions you can call me, I will be there to help you with any questions or concerns you may have. There will be times when you just need someone to talk to, so let me help you start your NEW journey to a Healthier You!!
Once you purchase a meal plan you will receive a client form to fill out and get back to me ASAP and we will get you on the road to being a healthier you!
